INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Select the appointment type you want to schedule. There may or may not be one or more options.
2. Choose your timezone.
3. Choose the time you want to schedule.
4. Enter your information. You may be asked to fill out an intake form, depending on the appointment type.
If you successfully book the session, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you did not complete the booking. If you have any trouble booking an appointment, just email for help: support@kristenfinch.com
You will get a zoom link on your confirmation page and again in the reminder emails that will come prior to the appointment.
FOR CALM AF LIFE MEMBERS:
You have the flexibility to sign up for group calls one at a time or book multiple sessions in advance—whatever works best for you. Feel free to reserve a spot for every group call if you'd like!
If you sign up but can’t attend, that’s perfectly fine. You’re welcome to cancel, but it’s also okay to leave it as isI will not be taking attendance or docking approval points for no-shows.
I DO want you to honor your commitment to YOURSELF, however.
How to Sign Up for Multiple Appointments in Acuity
- Select Appointment Type
- Choose the type of group call you want to book from the available options.
- Choose Your Dates
- Once on the scheduling page, use the calendar to select the first date and time you’d like to book.
- After selecting the first appointment, look for an option to “Select and add another time”
- Repeat for Additional Dates
- Select additional dates and times for all the calls you’d like to attend.
- Continue adding appointments until you’ve booked all your desired sessions. You will be able to see the times added as you go.
- Confirm Your Selections
- Review all the dates and times listed to ensure they are correct.
- Proceed to the confirmation page to finalize your bookings.
- Add to Your Calendar
- After confirmation, Acuity may offer an option to sync your appointments with your calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.). Follow the prompts to ensure all calls are automatically added to your calendar.
- Check for Confirmation Emails
- You’ll receive confirmation emails for each scheduled appointment, which will include the Zoom links for the calls.
